Information We Collect Automatically:

• Location Data: The app collects and processes the geographic location (latitude and longitude) of the retail sale points you work with. When you record or update a sale point, the app may access your device's location to capture accurate store coordinates. This data is used to map sale points, help you navigate to assigned stores, and confirm store visits. Location is only accessed while you are actively using the app for these tasks; the app does not track your location in the background.
• Device and Technical Information: We may collect basic technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as device type, operating system, app version, and authentication tokens used to keep you signed in.

The data we collect is used to:

• Provide Core Services: Facilitate and manage tasks, submissions, and points within the app.
• Manage Sale Points and Visits: Use sale point location data (latitude and longitude) to display stores on a map, assist with navigation to assigned stores, and associate reports with the correct store.
• Enhance User Experience: Improve app functionality and respond to user feedback.
• Communication: Notify you about your tasks, status updates, or app changes.

• Purpose: Location data is used solely to record and manage the geographic coordinates of retail sale points, to help field users navigate to and verify visits to assigned stores.
• Foreground use only: The app accesses location only while it is open and you are performing a task that requires it. We do not collect your location in the background.
• Your control: Location access requires your permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Disabling location may limit features that rely on store coordinates.
• No advertising use: We do not sell location data and do not use it for advertising.

• Administrators and Managers: Internal reviewers and members of your team hierarchy (supervisors, area managers, and super users/CEO) who assess reports, assign points, and view aggregated performance and leaderboard data.

Sale point location data is retained for as long as the store remains active in the system.
